Privacy & Safety
Purchase and delivery of products and services. We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.

Recommendations and personalization. We use your personal information to recommend features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with Rankee.

Comply with legal obligations. In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with laws. For instance, we collect from sellers information regarding place of establishment and bank account information for identity verification and other purposes.

Communicate with you. We use your personal information to communicate with you in relation to Rankee via different channels (e.g., by phone, email, chat).
Advertising. We use your personal information to display interest-based ads for features, products, and services that might be of interest to you. We do not use information that personally identifies you to display interest-based ads.

Fraud Prevention and Credit Risks. We use personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers, Rankee, and others.

Due to the immense savings, we have certain criteria that must be met in order to open a wholesale account: You must provide your EIN, Sales & Use Tax ID. We do not drop ship small amounts.

Wholesale Order Fulfillment: Fulfillment can take 2-5 business days depending upon stock levels. If all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within 2 weeks. We will notify within 48 hours on backordered items. Please specify if you would like items to be sent as they are ready or held until the order is able to be shipped in full. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Wholesale Shipping & Handling: We offer free shipping on wholesale orders over $600. If you would like us to use your shipping account, please include all necessary account info. Using your own shipping account for orders less than $600 will incur a $4.50 handling fee.

Wholesale Payments: We offer terms of Net 30. Using a credit card for wholesale payments will have a 3% fee.

Wholesale Returns & Restocking Fees: We stand behind our products and want to maintain a great relationship with our retailers. After all, you’re family. All returns must be approved by sales. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the re-fund.

Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods: If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Rankee within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.

Canceling/Changing Your Order: You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours.
